SakurAiba EXCHANGE 2015 - to do or not to do?

Long time no see, ne? Well, we were quite busy with our RL... That's why I want to apologize everyone who requested to join to this community but didn't get any reply - please, click join button once again, this time we will accept you for sure!
Now to the matter we wrote about around year ago, after third edition of SakurAiba EXCHANGE (you can read it here).
Since June 8 is getting closer, the questions should we do another edition this year? appeared again. We (syunikiss1990 and tsuchi8562 ) really want to make another edition of this project, which we love very much and which is our baby. Last year's experiences showed us that what we considered as pure fun can bring us a lot of troubles. With our lives getting busier, we cannot afford to worry about people who don't treat this project, other participants and us seriously. We are not sure if we be able to pinch hit when needed, and we don't have much "spare" writers who can help us. The last thing we want is to leave somebody without a story or with one written in two days, without having time to think about the plot properly...
So here, we would like to ask you a question. What do you think about it? Should we take a risk and make SakurAiba EXCHANGE 2015? Maybe you have some ideas we could use, to avoid such troubles in the future? Any hint, advice and comment will be really appreciated! Please, leave comment under this post :)
