The periperi biltong, although not true periperi, has just got a great review from a local saffy. It was her other half ( an english chappy ) who said not good enough. I have renamed the periperi as Garlic Chili as it has not got the full ingredients for Periperi, but the review is on the site. Periperi development will continue :)
