Apparently, I fail at moving.  The packing and transporting of oneself and one's one belongings, I've got that down.  But all the other aspects, nope.

• ID card : I thought I needed a piece of mail to get this done, but apparently I just have to show up present all the ID I have and they'll give me a NY driver's license for $10!  Sweet~

That was my thought too... or just call the physical store itself. Or stop in and say, bill me, kthx?

I don't think it's unusual that you don't have a bill yet. I would guess that your billing cycle is a month (4 weeks) and that they won't bill you until after the billing cycle is up.

As for the post office - I *think* you can go to the post office and have it changed there, but really, for a dollar, the online thing is instant. I thought it was worth it when we moved.
