Clark hasn't figured out where Lady fits exactly into the weirdness that is the DC group so he's a little wary of her and Lex's friendship, but he figures that Lady's not likely to disclose anything harmful to Clark because of Kon and vice versa. He is watching her, and he's noticed that she's different from Lex's other camp friendships, and that's why he makes a point of talking to her. So far she seems okay, but there's something about her that pings Clark's 'maybe not so good for Lex' radar.
