SUMMARY: Sho and Nino finally able to start their family but will it be as easy as they imagined it? Or did they plan it properly at all what they’re up to?...

Chapter 5: His decision
“Hey, Kazu!... Baby, wake up!” Sho gently shook Nino’s shoulder to wake him up.
“Mmmh… Sho-chan?...What is it?...” Nino peeked at the rapper through his lashes.
“Wake up, baby!” Sho repeated caressing Nino’s face. “Aiba-chan’s here to take you to the hospital for the meeting with his doctor” he said reminding the gamer why he had to wake up.
“Ah… okay…” Nino mumbled sleepily rubbing his eyes trying to wake up.
“Sorry, I can’t go with you today but I have this interview scheduled at nine…” Sho glanced at the clock on the bedside table and bit back a curse. “Actually, I’m late already so I have to go now… Don’t forget to tell me once you finished at the hospital!” Sho reminded his lover. “See you at the practice afternoon!”
Sho kissed Nino’s forehead then got up from the edge of the bed and rushed out of the room. Nino heard him telling something to Aiba who was probably waiting for him in the living room then he heard the front door’s closing. He sighed in the pillow before dragged his body out of the warm sheets and shuffled out of the bedroom.
“Morning, Aiba-chan…” he mumbled and yawned.
“Ohayou, Nino-chan!” the taller man beamed at him. “How are you feeling?”
“Tired” Nino whined then headed for the bathroom to get ready…
“Kitaka sensei!” Auba called the woman’s attention when he spotted her on the hospital’s corridor.
The woman looked at him and smiled when she recognized her former patient.
“Aiba-kun! Hisashiburi! How’s Aya-chan?” she asked as she walked to Aiba and Nino.
“She’s fine. We always have to chase after her cause if you turn away your eyes from her for a second, she’s already ran off somewhere!” Aiba said laughing.
“Well, kids just like that, nee?” the doctor said smiling and cocked her head to the side. “Anyway, what can I help you two?” she asked.
Aiba immediately spoke up before Nino had a choice to even open his mouth.
“Well that… Can you check up on Nino’s condition?” Aiba asked then leant closer to the doctor. “He’s pregnant…” he added whispering.
Dr Kitaka’s eyes widened surprised and looked at Nino. If it would’ve not been Aiba who told this she’d definitely laughed at them but since it was Aiba who was also pregnant though he was a boy, she didn’t doubt the possibility that it was true. Nino on the other hand felt himself blushing deeply under her gaze and avoided to look at her in the eyes. It was way too embarrassing. Especially with the naturalness how Aiba talked about his pregnancy…
“All right then! We should go to see how does it progressing!” she proposed and lead the two singers into an examination room.
She asked a lot of questions about Nino’s condition, health and how he thought that he might be pregnant. When Nino admitted that he had just the feeling at first she chuckled a bit.
“What’s there to laugh at?” Nino asked annoyed but his cheeks were bright red. He really wished that Sho’d be there with him to protect him from this insane woman!
“Gomen, Ninomiya-kun, it’s just…” she glanced at Aiba. “Mom’s intuition, right, Aiba-kun?” she asked him and giggled some more.
“Desuyo, nee?” Aiba said and laughed too.
Nino moved his glance between his best friend and the doctor but still didn’t have the slightest clue about what they were laughing at. Did he tell or do something funny? And what was with this whole ‘mom’s intuition’ thing? He was still a man for fuck’s sake! A pregnant man, but still a man! In the end neither Aiba, nor Dr Kitaka explained what was so funny and Nino thought that probably it’s better this way. He didn’t want to be involved with Aiba’s twisted way of thinking more than necessary…
“Okay, then let’s make and ultrasound-check to see if everything’s okay inside there…”
After all there was nothing much to see yet still an ecstatic smile appeared on Nino’s face when the doctor showed him the small throbbing blur what should be the baby’s heart.
'There’s really a baby in there… In my tummy! A baby from Sho… Our baby…!’ Nino thought and tears welled up in his eyes at the thought. ‘How could I be so stupid that wanted to rid off something beautiful and special like this?... Ninomiya Kazunari, you’re the biggest idiot who live on the Earth!...’ He quickly wiped his face and hoped neither Aiba, nor the doctor noticed it…
But Aiba watched his friend closely and smiled fondly too when he saw the gamer’s face. HE knew about Nino’s doubts about the baby and his pregnancy (from Ohno, of course) and knew that these doubts disappeared just right this moment…
“It seems everything is okay with your baby, Ninomiya-kun!” the woman announced smiling. “From now on, please take care of yourself closely. Eat properly and rest. You should take these medicines as well and come back for the regular check ups. And if you don’t mind, I’d happy to be your assigned doctor during your pregnancy, Ninomiya-kun” she said giving Nino a few prescriptions.
Nino nodded agreeing and took the papers.
“Okay” she smiled again. “Oh, if you experience anything extraordinary, call me immediately” she added and gave his name card to Nino as well.
“Anything extraordinary? I guess, I don’t know what do you mean by it… Can something more extraordinary happen with me than getting pregnant as a man?” Nino asked back sarcastically.
Aiba snickered at this. Nino was definitely okay if he could act as his normal, bratty self.
The doctor laughed at this too.
“You’re right, but still if you need anything, just call” she repeated.
“Alright” Nino nodded and finally smiled. “Thanks for everything, sensei” he added then headed for the door.
Aiba who seemed to be troubled as the check up closed to its end looked at his friend’s retreating back as the gamer left the room then turned to Dr. Kitaka.
“Anou… I’d want to ask something, doctor…” he said whispered and stole another glance at the door.
“What would that be, Aiba-kun?” she asked raising an eyebrow curious.
“Do you think… do you think I can get pregnant again?” he asked, faint blush coloring his cheeks.
“Well… it’s hard to tell, Aiba-kun… I still don’t know how you or Ninomiya-kun got pregnant so I’d rather not say anything for sure…” she said apologetically.
Aiba seemed disappointed at this.
“But still… can’t you do something?” the Miracle Boy asked looking at the woman with pleading eyes.
She sighed then wrote down something and gave the prescription to Aiba.
“It usually helps women get pregnant but don’t forget that I can’t promise anything!” she warned. “Take these everyday and then… we’ll see it…”
“Arigatou!” Aiba beamed at her.
“Aiba!” Nino came back and seemed to be quite annoyed. “Would you please hurry up? We’ll be late because of you!” he complained.
The taller idol quickly pocketed the piece of paper and skipped to Nino’s side.
“Gomen, Nino-chan!” he said smiling widely at the shorter guy. “We can go now. Thanks for everything, doctor! Goodbye!”
“What took you so long?” Nino asked when they sat in the car heading for the dance practice.
“Oh, nothing interesting. Just… chatted a bit…” Aiba avoided Nino’s eyes, to his luck, it wasn’t too obvious since he was the one who drove.
“About what?” the gamer asked skeptically.
“Oh, you know, about… Aya and… parenting stuff…” Aiba stuttered shrugging his shoulder and tried to seem that it wasn’t anything serious so the gamer would stop asking questions.
“Yeah, of course…” Nino nodded but doubted highly that his friend told him the truth just now. But he thought it was okay if Aiba wanted to keep his secrets, just better not talk about him behind his back!
The younger man took out his phone to drop a short message to Sho as he promised earlier then changed to his DS to kill the time till they reach the jimushou…
A/N: finally I managed to update this too. actually I had a really hard time to write it though I knew exactly what I want to put in it XD anyway it came finally and that's only what matters, nee? ^-^
