2.5 quarts is 10 cups, over 5 or 6 days. That's about 2 cups a day. Hopefully you've been drinking at least 1 cup in the caf! So many people don't drink enough milk

Whole Soy makes this yummy chocolate hazelnut frozen "yogurt" stuff. It only has 2 grams of fat per serving. I don't remember how much sugar it has in it... enough to qualify it for a dessert, I think, but not enough to knock me out.
I don't buy it because it's low in fat; I buy it because it's the best tasting frozen soy dessert out there. And I've tasted a lot (shhhh! don't tell my insulin).
