Even the first incident would have been enough to disqualify him:

Election bylaw IX. e. "Any candidate that slanders, libels, unduly interferes with any other candidate, or campaigns in poor taste as determined by the Elections Commission may be disqualified."

I wonder why they gave him four chances to clean up his act? But mostly I wonder how one can be slimey enough to keep taking all those chances.... Oh well. Justice has been served!
