I actually have a flatware organizer for the drawer that's sitting here in my "to donate" pile. I also have a large wooden cutting board if you need that, plus an oven mit and set of towels to go with it -- the towels haven't even been used.

Try craigslist. They have a free section as well as a place for furniture that you can browse. Just click on the area you are living in to get people around you.

Chapman is down in Orange County, but my mom lives in West LA -- which is where I am now. We're on Beverly Glen right on the other side of the hill from where you are, cause you're in Sherman Oaks, right?

Hmm.. Really? I'm in Sherman Oaks yes, not sure where Beverly Glen is but it's gotta be close. All day tmrw I'm job hunting (if you know of anything, I'm prob interested) and tmrw night I'm booked. But we should do something.. I've done nothing but apt hunt and collect furniture in LA so far..
