I am a fan of both federer and nadal. But I have a soft spot for fed. I don't really know why. Maybe it's because he seems really into the sport like it's the only thing he could ever do. Like he's meant to play tennis and nothing else. I also think he's pretty graceful. He definitely has the talent. I like nadal's personality. He's very polite and demure. Again, he's very much into the sports. He's great, but doesn't have the ego. That's very admirable. And both shun the unnecessary attention. They're not paparazzi magnets. They're true sportsmen.

I think they're both great players, to be honest. I acknowledge that Nadal is at his prime and he's playing like a guy who's hungry for tennis. Fed is playing like a guy who has so much respect for it. I read his Q & A with the fans and I was smitten. He's just awesome. **sigh** Love you, FED.

Federer is better--even Nadal's uncle/trainer acknowledges as much.

After the results of the AO Finals, I felt so bad. I still love Federer though and I still think he's a great player. I respect Nadal and his abilities but Fed is still my man. Nadal was so sweet though. He could hardly smile after he won and he hugged Fed when he cried. He even apologised and acknowledged that Roger's still one of the best players in the world and that he's sure Fed will get his 14th Grand Slam title soon. Awwww.. Such a sweetheart. And Fed's such a puppy. Wanted to hug him. But I was so heart-broken. Wanted to cry. They're so worried about Fed being emotionally scarred. I think I got emotionally scarred, too. Hahahaha.
