Solomon is currently in addis getting ready to submit our visa application. I feel like telling him to forget about it . I miss him so much and I miss Ethiopia. I wish I could just move there. I need to get out of this shit hole town. I am so over everything here right now. My extended family suck big time, my mother's group can't get their shit

no you don't need that in your life, it's fucking ridiculous. but if she's a good friend it won't be good to cut her out of your life either. maybe you could just pull back a little, and don't let her assume that you're an accessory to her plans. invite her out to do things just the two of you, times when you know she won't be busy. i know it doesn't sound nice to cater to her timing, but if you already know she has 'responsibilities to her groupies' at certain times and you won't be able to enjoy her company at those times, you can still invite her out other times and do things that you both enjoy... ramble ramble.

i'm sorry you're having such a hard time at home, but maybe when solomon comes you'll feel differently.
