Perhaps...but is anything ever truly easy?

I'm sure they have their own issues as well.

Besides wouldn't you miss the magic? I think I would feel hollow.

No doubt they do have there issues. Nothing ever is easy, its just nice to pretend it would be.

And I meant rather being born a muggle, not just losing the ability to do magic. Losing the power would suck greatly.

And how might it be easier? Magic reduces the volume of our labours, while that poor muggle equivalent of technology only seems to increase it.

It's not so much the labour, I don't mind manual work so much. I guess its the war. A magical war seems so much tougher to fight.

Well, given the methods Muggles must resort to for war, according to what I have read, our sort might just be more - humane?

Oh sweetie, I know you may resent me saying this, but don't ever think something would be easier if things were different.

I have to agree with you though. Some days I do think that life would be much simplier if I wasn't a witch and I was just like the rest of my family. However, I am quite happy being who I am, through good and bad times.

Sometimes you just have to accept the way things are dealt and not question the what if's of life.

I don't resent you at all Lil, I know I shouldn't technically. I know if the choice ever came down to it I'm a witch through and through.

However I have to disagree with your last statement. Always question, never just accept things for the way they are, because we can always improve upon things.

I haven't heard from you in awhile, what've you been up too this summer?

I suppose you are right. However, you can never change who you are. Especially if it is due to your bloodlines.

Oh, I have been a bit busy helping out my mum in her shop. Other than that, I haven't been doing too much.
