It has taken me some time to compose this post - I don’t want you think I’ve been ignoring you. I have no words to describe my reaction to the outpouring of love and support you have shown me and now? Now I am beyond the ability to even type. I read Dragons note the other day while I was at work and I just started crying like a baby.

I remember so clearly from my father's sudden death this uncomprehending sense of unfairness that the "real" world just kept moving in the midst of our world being upended. My heart goes out to you, and my rage against the unfairness of the world for literally continuing to flood you out--well, I got all ragey again.

I'm so happy that this group of wonderful people was able to push back against the world and help you out in your time of need. I am pretty far removed from fandom these days, but I'm so glad I still lurk about to witness the kind of wagon-circling Dragons instigated and participate in my small way.

I'm so glad there was something we could do to help out. The only bad part about internet friends is the distance. Take care of yourself and your girls. Happy there's no more bailing water.
