Your time ideas are funny. The way I see it, Morning: 8am-1pm Lunchtime: 1pm-5pm Dinnertime: 5pm-9pm. Oops-I've-not-had-dinner-yet-time: 9pm-2am You're-kidding-about-me-being-conscious-time: 2am-8am
Of which I prefer omelets in the mornings and at oops-time.
Yes, I like omelets. Preferably 2-3 eggs, with vermont sharp white cheddar and thinly sliced/shredded deli meat ham. I like to mix slat, pepper and milk (for fluffiness) in with the egg before it goes in the pan. I eat my omelets with milk or oj or some other kind of breakfast juice. I would say my preferred time to eat eggs would be between 6am - 2pm.
