Are you taking a good Q10 supplement? Since I've been taking Super CoQ10, my energy levels have improved and I feel less tired than I used to.

I have not tried this. I hadn't really heard of it either, although seen it on store shelves.
how long have you been taking it and when did you first notice the effects?

I started taking it in maybe March 2009. It's hard to pin down a time frame but I think I started to feel different within a matter of weeks. It definitely wasn't days.
