I am becoming stagnant again, working less to fit in more time for the very end of uni, but because of this I am studying less

no. however I am picking up as of today, for the group assignment at least - group meeting pretty much all afternoon

The problem is you're not really paying to study. It's all HECs, so you never see any dosh.

ECU ran this intro to uni essay writing course for 1 day at the start of the semester. They used to charge $50 pp to attend it - But they stopped charging because it was costing too much to admin the money. And then some weird change started happening.

People would rock up late, walk in and out as they pleased, they would have people go for lunch and not come back, people would mess about and talk in class.

It's the same deal with credit cards. You don't actually see any money, so people are alot less frivolous with their spending.
