Please don't get annoyed at me when I say this, but perhaps you are dwelling too much on the past. Maybe just look to the future, go out have a decent expensive nice beer and say 'Fuck the past'.

Or just enjoy a nice beer. Your future will be what you want it to be, only you can change that.
