Do some weights @ work, or SOMETHING that gets your blood going. Go for a walk/run during your lunch break. Hells, find a gym that has 2 weeks free to start off with, and go there before/after work.
I think I've made my point. Get the blood pumping for at least 30min every day, and everything else will start to fall into place.
And as for Rosie'o'Grady's, no cash and grand total of $2.97 in the bank =(
yeah, i used to park on the other side of the causeway, free parking in vic park, then 20min jog over the bridge to work and back (1 Adelaide trc, moved from the middle of the city) which was enough exercise for the day. But I have been lazy for a lot of shifts in the last 2 weeks, paid for city parking :| - I'll get back into it...
