This is why I don't have twitter. I'd rather read a blog than short meaningless pieces of information about people. Well said.

Yes, I have been noticing this for a while; in addition, parties and social circles IRL underwent the same loss when blogging became common. You know that, you must have noticed... even I noticed, everyone did.
How short our memories are =/

I was actually going to do a similar post on lj too, hence why I'm here, but I guess you bet me to it.

I might endeavour to be on facebook less and less, it can be quite addictive, and I guess I have avoided twitter like I've avoided WoW
