I won't give anything away, but I promise that it absolutely picks up. I actually thought the same thing when I started watching it on TV, I really, really wanted to be into it but the first few episodes weren't really what I was hoping for. But later, it's amazing. (IMO, the middle stretch is the best part.) Also, episodes 17 and 20 are my favorites! ;)
Peter Petrelli was just arrested for the murder of what's her face and Hiro is lost in the past. It'd say it's starting to get interesting :-)
I also like how the show spins it as the evolution of the human race instead of the typical mutation, etc. Much like on Stargate SG-1 where they encounter a more evolved race of humans with greater mental capacities and natural healing/regenerative capabilities.
Told you! ;) The middle section is too amazing sometimes. Aw, and I loved Hiro in the past, that episode fits with the next one really well. Haha, it's weird, but I never cared about Peter at all.
That sounds really cool! I liked the evolution bit too, because it makes you think about all the different ways it can connect, when and how it can manifest, etc.
