uugh, i'm glad adkins is dead, i hope he's rotting in hell. my mom has been on his "diet" for a couple of years now, and it's been getting me so sick. it's a shame, because the maximum amout of time you should spend on that diet is 3 months... and i am..was an athlete. so no more high carb food in the house, so no more 70% of my diet being carbs. i ( Read more... )
