For the first time in awhile, I feel strong. I've started doing really intense intervals on the eliptical machine: two minutes as fast as I can go followed by two minutes at about half speed. I am looking into Blind Spot: Hitler's Secretary, which was advertized on the DVD for The Experiment. It's an oral history from one of Hitler's secretaries, and they made a feature film out of it in 2002 called Downfall.
