I really appreciated your comments here. I have new goals for this year and you're right. I didn't get heavy overnight and I didn't lose weight overnight. It's a lifelong process and I just have to keep plugging away at it.

is this yours, or someone else's wrap up? Oh wait, I guess you did go to San Fran and the stitching and reading sound familar. Um, anyway, yeah, I just don't have the mental energy to do a wrap up, which Ive done most years.

The initial part of the sentences were from the original list. I filled in the rest of the sentence. I didn't have the energy to do a wrap up either until I saw this one.
