Week 20 - Monday evening - Sabrina and Khimeris's room

Sabrina sprawled across her bed reading aloud from hand writen notes. She would say an English word forllowed by one that was not English. She paused to look at her roommates empty bed, I don't know what to offer...

Khimaris enters soon after, her face drawn. She peers over Sabrina's shoulder as she walks by, frowning at the notes. "Concordian history or...?"

Sabrina sits up and looks at her roomie, "I wish, Tslagi, Cherokee, my grams wants me to learn the language." Sabrina closes her notebook.

"I wanted to ask if you were ok. I don't want to pry, but well I'm a good listener, and I would never repeat what you tell me."

[khimaris]

"Of course I'm..." Khim cuts the protest short, running a hand through her hair. "No, I'm not okay. I feel like the whole world has been turned upside down since Hob left. And what's ridiculous is that he wasn't really my boyfriend! He was far more in love with Kali!"

Sabrina nods, "How is Kali taking it? When my mom and her lovers had 'issues' sometimes turned my life upside down."
