My apartment hunt....lordy geez....

So...this past weekend, Chandler and I went to Charleston to apartment-hunt. On Saturday, after driving 35 miles within downtown Charleston and seeing barely any one-bedroom apartments, we got a walk-through of a cute little apartment within a house that I saw on Craigslist

I love landlords like that. In PA I had half of a duplex and my landlord had the other half. She loved me and my girlfriend so much and would make us food and cookies and stuff. She would watch my cats if we left for a week or whatever. She was very responsive about everything and always nice. Plus after a year she didn't make us sign a new lease, she just told us to pay month to month and to give her at least a 30 day notice if we were moving out.
