Okay, so I've been jogging daily for almost three weeks now and in the last week my calf muscles, shins, ankles, and knees have really started to hurt. I went to the Running Room today and they hooked me up with a great pair of shoes. Took out most of the pain I was experiencing. And I did try and alternate onto grass though I'm not sure I liked that any more. The need to dodge big holes in the ground kind of threw me off it. :P
Do you do any running/walking? It just sounds like you have experience. Interested in swapping stories if you have.
