Summary Jonghyun had a dream and wanted Key to make it come true…but being a diva, he rejected him. Special appearance by Onew.
#006 shawol_haven challenge
Key was humming a peaceful melody as he started making breakfast for his fellow members. It did not take long before he had done with all the cooking and placed them on the dining table. Jonghyun was the first to settle on the table with his chin rest on the table and a wide smile was visible on his tired face.
“Why are you so happy?” Key questioned his hyung who was still grinning for ear to ear.
“I had the most wonderful dream ever in my whole life.” Jonghyun answered and sat up straight looking over at the younger one.
“Oh? So that was why you went back to sleep after I woke you up?” The vocalist nodded idiotically and started recalling the dream he just had.
Key took of his apron and sat right beside the still dreaming Jonghyun, “what did you dream about? Dating some gorgeous girls?”
The older one shook his head in disagreement. To him, the dream was much better as compare to what Key thought it was. Way much better. Key poured a glass of orange juice for himself and asked again, “so what is your wonderful dream about?”
As the diva took a sip from the orange juice, Jonghyun revealed his dream, “I dreamt of us kissing.”
Key’s reaction was calm and did not choke on his drink neither did he spurt it out. He just gave a nodded as acknowledgement and started enjoying his breakfast. Jonghyun was utterly disappointed with his reaction. Shouldn’t he be choking on his drink and scolding him to hide his embarrassed inner self? The vocalist never expected the rapper to face it so casually.
“That’s all? Just a nod after I told you what I dream of?” The older one was a little agitated, the dream was so important to him and yet it was nothing to Key.
“Than what do you want me to say? Thanks?” Key argued back with his usual diva-ness.
It was not a good idea to argue back with the younger one, thing might get worse. Perhaps using another approach might be a better choice.
“No...I was just thinking…” Jonghyun quickly used his puppy eyes on the umma of the group, “are you going to make my dream come true?”
His eyes were filled with hopes and seriousness, but Key chose to destroy it with one word, “no.”
However, Kim Jonghyun does not take no as an answer.
“Then I’ll have to make my dream come true myself.” He smirked mischievously.
One of the vocalist’s hands was placed at the back of Key’s head to bring him closer so that their lips touched. They kissed like what Jonghyun had dreamt of, simple and sweet. Key did not push him away but enjoyed it secretly too. Their lips finally parted unwillingly to catch their breath.
“Next time when I wake you up, you cannot laze in bed…because you don’t have to dream about it anymore.” The diva’s fingers gently brushed against the vocalist’s lips, hinting him on what he really meant.
“You can wake me up at anytime you want, as long as there is a kiss in exchange.” Jonghyun smiled cheekily at his Key.
When he was about to claim his lips again, Jinki appeared right beside them. There was also a huge grin plastered on his face. Both of them stopped and stared at the leader, not understanding why he was standing there watching them kiss. Jinki’s motive was revealed as he raised a simple question for them.
“If I said that I dreamt that the both of you give me a bucket of chicken, are you going to make my wish come true too?”

A/N: From the sentence above, you can infer two things. One, since Key made Jonghyun dream’s come true...onew thought that maybe they can do the same to him. Two, Onew was there for a long time…
