I've been house sitting for a friend for the last two weeks - yesterday I popped home to pick up my post and see my family - When I walked in mum asked me to sit down - the short and short of it is Dad is leaving us

Oh honey, I am so sorry to hear that.

You may or may not know that my parents split up 18 month ago, and it was a huge shock to us all - I am still working through some aspects although others are now fine and moving forward.

Let me know if there is anything that I can do, or whether a sympathetic ear would be of any use.
