MTV2 can do that because it's during the hours of safe harbor (10 pm - 6 am) but naturally they have to wait well past midnight to show T&A in their videos. Did they show the entire Windowlicker video? Because it's like 12 minutes long.

No, they didn't show the entire video. And I have no idea to what they cut out, since I had never seen the video before. They said it was controversial because it was "creepy".
