First Finished Piece!
Whew, I got on late today! Well, it's still Sunday, so I guess I didn't miss my deadline. And I finally have my first finished picture for the blog ready!
Here is the finished product of the sketch I have been previewing for the last month or so. This is in honor of my aunt, who passed away the last week of September. I wanted to let my cousin know that I was thinking of her and had her in my prayers. A card didn't seem quite right; it's a bit too impersonal, and my mom was already sending flowers. A hand-drawn picture seemed like a nice way of of conveying a message like this, one where trying to express it in words is pretty tough.
*sigh* Well, that's that. I guess the expressions entry will have to wait till tomorrow.
