So the weekend before Easter Erika's sister and our nephew came down to Florida in order to go through the age of old rite of passage of Disney World. We tagged along for Animal Kingdom, and of course took photos. Here are some of the best.

An exhibit of Queen Victoria's art collection is going up March 19th in Buckingham, and it demonstrates a certain miopia on the part of popular culture and its imaginings of Victoria (and Victorian values in general).Clearly Queen Victoria was a more complex woman than she is often given credit for. The Urban Pantheist, (urbpan) has a really great entry today about crows (with some nice pictures from some of his previous lj projects).
