Hmmm. You have chew toys for him, right? And when he barks, what works for MY dog (she's really loud and keeps barking when cars pass by for like..5 minutes) first, gently say their name in a low voice and say "that's enough". and keep eye contact if they look at you. if they don't stop, keep getting louder and louder, then if they don't stop again pick them up and smack them 8|

How old is your dog? O.o; My dog was really bad about chewing things and she still is but she's gotten better with age. Like Titus, she would destroy things when she got bored.
