Oh yeah, I FINALLY got Vincent's birth certificate in the mail today. Unreal how long the system took. I mailed off the original registration back in February and just got the final certificate today.
Vincent officially exists! :P

What?? I got one online and it took 2 weeks!

I sent in the first registration part by mail in February and it said it could take up to 24 weeks to process. I know it took at least 2 months before I got anything from them with the ok to order it online. I sent a cheque in the mail though, so that took a little more time.
