I have a playlist for what many on my flist call "chairdancy" music, which I entitled "Crazy Sexy." It ranges from the pure sex that is She Wants Revenge to the funky that is Spoon to the completely random that is an acoustic version of "Kiss from a Rose". Many of the songs are my favorites, but not all of my favorite songs are on the "Crazy Sexy" playlist. Most of the music I enjoy effortlessly is danceable to the extreme; only a few random ones slip beyond that (I can think of an example in Sarah Slean's "Angel". Ain't no way you can dance to that.) I absolutely love dancing, so I understand the hip-motion urges.
