everyday we talk about how bloody hot it is in the back of the building and how nippley it is in the front. everyday. like its the first time.

I have this mental video reel of you look at the rodent and telling everyone (authoritatively) that it's a rat. It kinda rules.

We need to get a beer sometime soon. Better yet we can sit on one of our porches and get 6 beers and throw darts or something.
