Summary: AU Kyuhyun is part of Zhou Mi's new high school class. Zhou Mi has been sleeping with him for two months. This is all very awkward.
Notes: For umberela because I'm going to get up the nerve and propose soon. (THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE TITLE NAME BB~ ♥) :| Uh so this entire thing has eaten my soul for the past week. Part II will be up when it's up. It will probably be just as long, if not longer. Will there be a part III? Idk. I have no idea where this is going, or how it will end. So... uh stick with me d^.^b

The lounge was fuller tonight than it had been any other night. Zhou Mi lingered by the bar, letting his drink get filled over and over again while the soft piano jazz played over the murmur of the crowd. The lounge was high-end feeling, though their prices were generally cheap. Zhou Mi liked it for that reason; a teacher’s salary wasn’t particularly glamorous but this let him have that illusion for at least a night.

Someone sat down next to him, and he turned to see the lounge’s singer.

“Kui Xian.” Zhou Mi said with a smile.

He was the other reason Zhou Mi liked this place.

“You’re here early.” Kyuhyun took the glass of water the bartender gave him; Zhou Mi had realized early on that he never drank on the job.

“I heard you were singing earlier than usual.” He smiled and put his hand on Kyuhyun’s knee. Kyuhyun shifted closer to him, his fingers tracing the back of Zhou Mi’s hand.

“I did. And now I’m off.” He took a drink of his water, watching Zhou Mi watch him.

“Here, I’ll take you home then.” Zhou Mi said, moving his hand from Kyuhyun’s wrist to stroke his cheek.

Kyuhyun looked amused through his frown as he pushed Zhou Mi’s knuckles away. “I can’t. Not tonight. I have something to do tomorrow morning.”

Zhou Mi frowned; he had things to do too, he remembered. But the idea of not having Kyuhyun there when he woke up was an upsetting one. He’d grown used to the company over the last month; he’d been frequenting the bar since before finals. “Just come over for a little while then?”

Kyuhyun grinned at that and leaned forward. “Only if you pay me.”

Zhou Mi’s lip quirked and he wrapped his hand back around Kyuhyun’s wrist. He hadn’t paid Kyuhyun since the first night they had been together. His reaction had been a deep laugh as he pocketed away the money, while simultaneously telling Zhou Mi he wasn’t a whore.

He paid him with dinner, something his roommate had left in the refrigerator. Kyuhyun ate it happily, after he was assured that Ryeowook would not be upset at the missing food. Zhou Mi watched him; the low kitchen light was very flattering. Kyuhyun would no doubt laugh at him for the comment, and Zhou Mi much preferred hearing Kyuhyun gasp. That’s why Zhou Mi kissed him when he moved to put his dishes in the sink. Kyuhyun wrapped his fingers in the fabric of Zhou Mi’s shirt, pulling him closer. They stumbled back and Zhou Mi helped Kyuhyun up onto the table.

Ryeowook didn’t need to know.

Zhou Mi wrapped his hand around Kyuhyun’s cock, encouraged by the fingers trying to rip his shirt off of his shoulders. Kyuhyun gasped, rolled his hips, and his pants pooled around his ankles. Zhou Mi grinned, looking down at his hand pumping up and down, the thumb swirling around the head of Kyuhyun’s cock.

Kyuhyun’s hands pushed on his shoulder and Zhou Mi let himself be led down his stomach. His mouth wrapped around Kyuhyun’s cock and he let his tongue go flat against the vein at the bottom once he had taken the cock to the base. Kyuhyun’s hands tangled in Zhou Mi’s hair, pulling. Zhou Mi gagged and Kyuhyun smirked. He liked the sound and thrust up, just to hear Zhou Mi gag again.

Zhou Mi dug his nails into Kyuhyun’s thigh and Kyuhyun hissed, hitting his head against the surface of the table. Zhou Mi let his cock fall from his mouth, and he kissed his hip. Kyuhyun was still panting when Zhou Mi kissed him on the lips and he tightened his grip on Zhou Mi’s shoulders, holding him there.

“I need…” Kyuhyun tried as Zhou Mi rubbed the denim of his jeans against his bare ass. Kyuhyun swallowed and pulled him back down for a kiss, before trying again. “Go. I need to leave.”

Zhou Mi kissed his neck, running his finger on the inside of Kyuhyun’s thigh and spreading it before starting to undo his fly. Kyuhyun whimpered and kissed him again, his protests getting lost in his pleas for Zhou Mi to continue.

Zhou Mi pulled Kyuhyun up, and there was a moment where Kyuhyun just laughed, obviously ready to make a crack about Zhou Mi carrying him but it died when Zhou Mi wrapped his hand back around his cock. Kyuhyun’s head fell forward against Zhou Mi’s shoulder and he groaned as Zhou Mi worked. His legs hooked around his waist, letting himself grind against Zhou Mi’s cock. He was trying to get a reaction. Maybe something like that primal growl he had heard a couple of nights ago. Zhou Mi groaned in his ear and while it wasn’t nearly as good as the growl, it was something.

“Lube.” He groaned, hand finally touching Zhou Mi’s cock. Zhou Mi jerked and then hissed, but reluctantly pulled away. Kyuhyun used the moment to catch his breath, but his cock pulsed and demanded attention. His hand wrapped around it and he leaned back, stroking up and down. His pace quickened and he leaned all the way back onto the table, putting one of his legs up so he hand leverage to move his hips up and down faster, and faster into his palm.

His mouth was hanging open and he twisted his wrist. Zhou Mi watched, dry mouthed from the kitchen door - he really needed to start storing the lube everywhere. In two strides he was between Kyuhyun’s legs and after he wrapped his hands around his wrist, stopping Kyuhyun from jerking himself off. Kyuhyun groaned but he couldn’t complain as Zhou Mis finger entered him.

He wiggled his hips, frowning until there was a second, and then a third finger. They were starting to do this so often that Kyuhyun didn’t think he’d need much more prep. Zhou Mi seemed to think the same, as his pulled his fingers out and slicked up his cock. Kyuhyun licked his lips, watching Zhou Mi’s hand move up and down. Zhou Mi caught Kyuhyun’s gaze and then looked back at his hand. He smirked.

“Maybe later.” He muttered, kissing Kyuhyun on the lips as he pressed himself forward.

Kyuhyun’s leg snapped around his hips, pulling him closer to him. Zhou Mi grit his teeth as he broke the kiss, standing up straight so he could pull his hips back, and thrust into Kyuhyun with more force. Kyuhyun didn’t complain as his back arched off of the table and he tried to follow Zhou Mi’s pace. Zhou Mi groaned and gripped Kyuhyun’s hips, holding him in place as he sped up.

Kyuhyun wrapped his hand back around his cock. He tried for a moment to be sexy, tried to put on a show for Zhou Mi, something slow and seductive, but he took one look at Zhou Mi’s face, wrapped in pleasure and Kyuhyun couldn’t do it. His hand was erratic as it moved up and down and he arched up, pulling Zhou Mi deep into him.

Zhou Mi gasped as he came and Kyuhyun followed after him.

Zhou Mi woke up in his bed to the sounds of someone frantically moving around. He glanced at his clock; it was 4:00 am. He didn’t have to be up for another 30 minutes. He went to shut his eyes again but the sound of a soft curse made them fly open and he sat up. It took a couple of blinks but he finally made out the image of a body moving around.

“Kui Xian?” He asked.

There was another curse before Kyuhyun answered. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to wake you.” The bed sank down as Kyuhyun climbed back on it. “Go back to sleep.”

Zhou Mi shook his head. “I have to be up soon anyway.” He pulled Kyuhyun over for a kiss. “Where are you going?”

“I told you,” he teased, “I have something to do this morning. I wasn’t supposed to stay.”

Zhou Mi nodded, and kissed Kyuhyun again. “I like you though.”

“I like you too. And I like coming over, but I can’t stay.” Kyuhyun kissed him before getting off the bed.

Zhou Mi watched him head to the door and he threw the covers off of him, following Kyuhyun to the front door. “Do you need breakfast?”

Kyuhyun shook his head, and Zhou Mi was pretty sure that his eyes traveled over his naked body for a moment before locking with his own eyes. “I’ll be fine. Thanks for dinner.” Zhou Mi opened the front door for him, and grinned when Kyuhyun pulled his down for another kiss.

“I’ll see you tonight?”

Kyuhyun thought for a moment. “I’ll call you.”

Zhou Mi’s eyebrows shut up. “You have my number?”

Kyuhyun grinned and kissed him again. “I put my number in your phone this morning. Don’t turn into a stalker.”

Zhou Mi smiled and wrapped his arm around Kyuhyun’s waist, pulling him up for another kiss. “I’ll text you later.”

Kyuhyun nodded, and left Zhou Mi standing naked in his doorway. Zhou Mi grinned, shutting the door. He headed back to his bedroom and flipped his phone open. There it was, in his address book, Kyuhyun’s number. He had been pretty adamant about not sharing his number, and after the first week Zhou Mi had all but given up; he frequented Kyuhyun’s work enough that he didn’t need the number to get ahold of him. But it was nice to finally have it. Zhou Mi looked at the screen again, mouthing the numbers to mesmerize it, before he flipped his phone shut and got up.

Ryeowook wasn’t up, but when Zhou Mi stepped out of the shower he heard his roommate moving around. He stuck his head in the kitchen, and he couldn’t stop his smile as he glanced at Ryeowook laying out their plates on the table. He would be nice and clean it when they got home from work.

“Kyuhyun left early.” Ryeowook said, and Zhou Mi noticed that there was another plate next to the stove that Ryeowook hadn’t put on the table yet.

“He had something to do today.”

Ryeowook nodded and stirred their breakfast, making sure it didn’t burn. “Is he coming over tonight? I saw he ate our dinner.”

Zhou Mi had the decency to blush and look away. “I’ll cook dinner tonight.” Ryeowook just sighed and took the pot off of the stove to start dishing out their food. Zhou Mi heard the unspoken complaint about his cooking. “Maybe I’ll have Kui Xian help out.”

“Just let him move in. You guys have been together for long enough.” Zhou Mi heard the teasing.

“You’re such a romantic Ryeowook.”

Ryeowook turned and gave Zhou Mi a look. “This is coming from you?” He sighed and finished plating their food. “You aren’t even close to moving in together?”

Zhou Mi frowned. “Just because I like romance movies doesn’t mean that’s what I want for myself. I’m not naïve. I know commitment isn’t what this is about for Kui Xian.”

Ryeowook hummed, and nodded his head but he didn’t seem convinced. “I see.” He thrust the plate into Zhou Mi’s hand and went to the table, sitting down and starting to eat. “Are you excited about your classes?”

This jolted Zhou Mi out of his headspace. His classes. “I suppose. The students will talented.” They had to be, to attend T.A.S Arts High School. Zhou Mi had no doubt that the majority of his students would be at his level, or even have surpassed it by the time they graduated.

“Are you teaching Voice II?”

Zhou Mi nodded. “I’m sorry. I know you wanted that class.”

Ryeowook shrugged. “I have the club, and you can’t play the piano. Besides, once you get scouted back to China, I’ll have your job.”

Zhou Mi rolled his eyes, knowing that he wasn’t headed back to China any time soon. He had become used to Korea since his university years and so he had no reason to leave just yet. Ryeowook knew that, and he didn’t really want Zhou Mi to leave. He was just waiting patiently for Mr. Lee, the other, much older, singing instructor to fall over and die. And then he and Zhou Mi could both have the positions of singing instructors.

Zhou Mi looked at the clock. “We should get going. Opening ceremony is at 7.”

“We don’t have to attend do we?”

Zhou Mi shrugged. “We should, to meet the new teachers.”

“When is the last time we had a new teacher?” Ryeowook shot back, putting their dishes in the sink.

Again Zhou Mi shrugged as he headed to the door. “Still. It will make us look good?”

Ryeowook rolled his eyes but followed after Zhou Mi, making sure to grab both of their bags.

People were already crowding around the school when they arrived. Some of the other students smiled and bowed as the saw Zhou Mi and Ryeowook come in and once they were passed the front gates Ryeowook whispered with surprise “they keep getting younger.”

Zhou Mi shot a look back at the crowd Ryeowook was talking about, first year students who were looking around a small map. They were starting to look younger and Zhou Mi shuddered for a moment. When was the last time he had felt this old? Probably never.

“Mr. Joo! Mr. Kim!” Ryeowook and Zhou Mi turned around to see a group of students running forward; their second and third years. They halted in front of them, bowing their heads before they all looked up and began talking at once.

“We’re in your Voice II class.”

“Did you have a good vacation?”

“Did you compose any new songs?”

“What’s this about a new voice teacher?”

Zhou Mi laughed and it quieted the four students who were talking, the fifth was just shyly standing near Ryeowook, clasping her hands together inside the mittens she wore. Ryeowook smiled at her, looking at her hands.

“Are you cold Ms. Seo? We don’t want your fingers getting damaged.”

The girl blushed and tucked her hands in her pocket. “I’m fine Mr. Kim.”

One of the other girls, the one who had announced that they were in Zhou Mi’s Voice II class, rolled her eyes and lightly pushed the shy girl. “Seohyun knitted her gloves herself. She was going to make a pair for everyone but she didn’t have time.”

“Tiffany.” Seohyun muttered, obviously embarrassed, but she couldn’t stop smiling. “I made you all scarves and hats.”

Zhou Mi looked at the five students and saw they were all wearing matching hats and scarves in the brisk March air. He smiled at Seohyun and she looked down, too humble to accept the praise. “They are very nice. You must have spent time on them.”

She blushed again and the other girl, Jessica, linked their hands together as a sign of support. Tiffany grabbed Jessica’s other arm and smiled widely. “We should head in.” She said, already dragging the two girls off, the two boys with them started to follow. “Morning assembly is starting soon.”

Ryeowook bit his lip and then spoke. “Henry. Mr. Lau, could you stay behind for a moment?”

One of the boys stopped, and swatted away the other’s hand, shooing him with a, “go play with your girlfriends Jinki,” which got him a glare, before Jinki turned and followed after the three girls. Henry stood in front of Ryeowook and Zhou Mi and Zhou Mi thought for a moment to step away and let them have a moment but Ryeowook was already talking.

“I saw that you didn’t sign up for piano this semester.” Zhou Mi didn’t know when Ryeowook had time to look over his rosters. Sure they had them emailed to them, but that didn’t mean they were expected to actually learn all the kids that would be in their class.

Henry shuffled his feet. “I’m taking extra classes in violin, and in dance. I didn’t have time in my schedule to take piano class.”

Ryeowook frowned. “You should have talked to me when you were picking classes. We could have arranged something.”

Henry nodded, and he scratched the back of his head. “I would like to continue piano, I play at home, but I don’t have time Mr. Kim. I do orchestra after school. I really don’t have time.”

The bell rang and Henry started to back up, looking unsure but Ryeowook nodded to him after saying they would talk later and Henry took off running towards the auditorium where the morning assembly was being held.

Zhou Mi looked at Ryeowook as they took their time making it to the auditorium. “When did you realize he hadn’t signed up for your class?”

Ryeowook rubbed his forearm as he thought. “Unlike some people, caught up in the throes of a new relationship, I had time to look over my work.”

Zhou Mi ignored the jab as they headed up the back stairs where the teachers were still lining up. Zhou Mi only saw one new face, a short man with dark hair who was standing off by himself. Zhou Mi thought about approaching him, he knew what it was like to be new, but Ryeowook was already pulling him into line so they could go up on stage.

The assembly was quick and mostly uneventful. Zhou Mi wasn’t sure if Tiffany’s outburst during his introduction counted as eventful considering she was known for being overly excited, and she was not escorted to the headmaster’s office like other students who would have done the same. The cheer did leave him blushing though, even when she had cheered for Ryeowook and a few of her other favourite teachers. Being liked was nice.

The big announcement though, was that Mr. Lee had finally decided to retire, and so their new Voice I instructor would be a new teacher. It was the man Zhou Mi had seen backstage, Kim Jongwoon. Ryeowook visibly bristled at the announcement, and Zhou Mi had to lead him off the stage before he was likely to explode.

“Why hire a new teacher?” Ryeowook hissed under his breath, and Zhou Mi had never seen him this angry. “I’m perfectly capable of teaching Voice I and the piano classes, along with composing.”

Zhou Mi smiled and rested a hand on Ryeowook’s shoulder as they stopped in front of the music hall. “Maybe they don’t want you over exerting yourself. You already teach more classes than any other teacher.”

“I only teach eight.”

“Now that I’ve taken over Songwriting I and Composing II.” Zhou Mi shook his head and gave Ryeowook another pat on his shoulder. “Maybe you and the new teacher will be able to work out a schedule where you can sit in on one of his voice classes.”

Ryeowook huffed but his response was cut off by the sounds of students making their way down the hall. Zhou Mi gave a quick glance to his door to see which class he had first and let out a sigh of relief to see he had the first hour off, so he could actually take time to plan. Ryeowook on the other hand, plastered on a smile as he headed to his room, opening the door for what Zhou Mi would guess was his Songwriting II class; almost all the students were in their third year. Zhou Mi nodded to each of the students who passed by, including Tiffany who was swinging her arms as she bounced down the hall, holding onto the arm of one of her friends. Zhou Mi had never seen her before so she was either a new student or not majoring in music.

“I’ll see you at eleven Mr. Joo!” Tiffany called as she passed him, waving enthusiastically.

Zhou Mi waved back, registering that his Voice II class was at eleven then. The hallways cleared out and Zhou Mi headed into his room, so he could finally look over his schedule. He had just pulled up the email that told him when his classes were when his door opened and the new vocal teacher’s head popped in.

“Um.” He looked awkwardly around the classroom before settling his eyes back on Zhou Mi. “You’re Mr. Joo, yes?”

Zhou Mi stood up, nodding and smiling. Unlike Ryeowook he wasn't mad at the new teacher; he obviously had to be talented enough to secure the position Mr. Lee had. “You’re Kim Youngwoon?”

He shook his head, laughing deeply. “Kim Jongwoon. You can call me Yesung if it’s easier.”

Zhou Mi followed his laugh, feeling ashamed at getting his name wrong. “I’m sorry. Forgive me, it’s been a long day.”

His eyes crinkled as he approached the piano in the front of the room. “You are the other voice teacher right?”

Zhou Mi nodded. “I am. So we will be working together. If you need any help with students in your upper classes I would be more than willing to assist you.”

Jongwoon nodded his head. “I was actually here to talk to you about that. I know that since this is such a short notice the classes are a bit lopsided, and I talked with the headmaster about you and I maybe switching some classes around.” Zhou Mi opened his mouth but Jongwoon kept talking. “I was thinking maybe you could take more of the regular voice classes or maybe we could just both expand into more specialized classes; Broadway, stage, a cappella, things like that. They are covered in the curriculum already but a class dedicated to it may be helpful.”

Zhou Mi waved his hand, and finally Jongwoon cut himself off, smiling sheepishly. “I think that, perhaps you should approach Kim Ryeowook about this as well. He’s an excellent singer, but right now because of class placement he only teaches composing and piano. Maybe he could help us pick up one of two of the Voice I classes so we could have time to make more specialized classes for next year.” Zhou Mi watched as Jongwoon’s face turned thoughtful and he made a mental note to hold this over Ryeowook forever if he got him the chance to teach a voice class.

“Do you know when he has lunch?”

Zhou Mi smiled but shook his head. “He doesn’t take a lunch. He teaches independent piano instead. His last class ends at five though, so if you want you could see him then.”

Jongwoon nodded. “I will. For now though, I mentioned already to the headmaster that I was up for teaching Voice for Stage with Ms. Hong’s drama class, but that is at the same time as my Voice IV class. Would you be interested in taking that for now? It’s at four.”

Zhou Mi took a glance at his schedule. He had tried so hard to free himself up early so he could work with individual students, but he had had his eyes on the upper division classes for awhile. He bit his lip and then selfishly told Jongwoon that he would love to take the class; Ryeowook had classes until five and he had already done his good deed for the day.

Jongwoon stuck around for a few more moments until he headed to the theatre to talk with the drama teachers about musicals or something. Zhou Mi headed back to his desk and began looking over his class schedule and rosters. He recognized a lot of the students, mostly because he had taught them all before. He quirked his lip at the combination of students that would be in his Voice II class; besides Tiffany, Jessica, Jinki and Seohyun, one of Jinki’s friends Kibum was in it, along with a first year student that Zhou Mi remembered from her vocal audition.

Henry was also in his Voice II class, albeit the second one and not his eleven o’clock class. Zhou Mi frowned for a second trying to figure out why Henry would drop piano but stick with voice, before deducing it must be because Voice II students did not have to participate in the concert at the end of the semester. With the level of piano he was in, Zhou Mi thought it might have been fourth year, Henry would have to participate in at least three different sections for the concert, more if he won solos, which he no doubt wanted to. It was a shame because he was one of the more talented students, but they always encountered issues like this.

He remembered an exchange student, Li Yin, had tried to balance a choir section, violin, piano and her own solo part along with her advanced class load and Zhou Mi had had to bring her to the nurse more than once that semester. It was good to see at least some students trying to balance their workloads.

When he was done looking over his schedule and mentally planning out his first three classes he looked at the clock, and seeing he had a few more minutes he took out his cell phone and opened up his text messages. He hovered for a moment, thinking on what to say, before finally settling on a smiling emoticon. He got a beep back almost immediately from Kyuhyun with a similar expression and the words “so sleepy~”

Zhou Mi smiled and sent him back reassurance that they could sleep tonight. Kyuhyun’s response was the sound of laughing and what Zhou Mi thought was a sarcastic “sure.”

The bell rang for his first class and the Voice III students slowly trickled in. He smiled and greeted them all after snapping his phone closed, having no need to address them in a full monologue since he had worked with all of them before; new students rarely started in classes higher than level two.

Zhou Mi ran through his first class, and then his second class. Between them he had sent another text to Kyuhyun who had responded that he was bored and he wanted the day to be over. Zhou Mi had smiled widely and he was sure his composing class noticed, but didn’t say anything about his overly smiling mood. He ran a bit long with them, the students had a lot of questions about the limitations put on their final piece, and so when he dismissed them his Voice II class was already lining up at the door. Zhou Mi was slightly upset he would not get to check or respond to the text message that Kyuhyun had sent him a few minutes ago.

Zhou Mi, however, smiled at seeing Tiffany hop from foot to foot outside the classroom and she practically sprinted to the chair she had dubbed hers’ in the first week of school last year. Zhou Mi nodded to each of the students who entered: Jessica, Jinki, Kibum, Seohyun, Luna (that was the name of the new first year student he remembered) and a few more he couldn’t quite remember the names of. As he was about to shut the door and start class three more students came rushing in and he smiled at their enthusiasm before shutting the door.

He turned and faced the class for a moment, taking in the sight of the 20 students who made up one half of Voice II. He headed to his desk and his eye caught the face of one of the three students who had rushed in late. He swallowed his tongue and his stomach did a flip flop as Kyuhyun’s eyes widened before turning to the boy sitting next to him and asking a question.

Zhou Mi snapped his eyes on the attendance and he mentally cursed, loudly. He could tell that Tiffany immediately knew that something was wrong because he could hear her start looking around the classroom to see what had made him jump.

He coughed, drawing everyone’s eyes up to him, except for Kyuhyun’s who was resolutely looking at the wall behind him.

“Hello, my name is Mr. Joo and I’ll be your Voice II teacher for this semester.” He managed his way through the attendance and realized how odd it was that this was how he found out Kyuhyun’s last name. He let out a sigh of relief, briefly, at seeing Kyuhyun was not a first year as he had thought. Too bad they didn’t release the birthdates on these rosters.

It was even odder when he realized that this was how Kyuhyun was finding out about himself. Zhou Mi swallowed and was glad for once that Tiffany liked speaking out of turn, as she practically told the story about how he had grown up in China and went to college in Beijing for songwriting and composing. Instead of talking, while Tiffany explained about his brief career recording demos for other artists before deciding to move to Korea for more college, Zhou Mi watched Kyuhyun’s face. This was all new information to him, and Zhou Mi noticed that Kyuhyun was very fascinated by the story.

“And after that, Mr. Joo now works here!” Tiffany finished with a smile and Jessica gave her a halfhearted clap.

“Ah, thank you Ms. Hwang.” Tiffany beamed as he nodded to her, trying to feel comfortable again. “Now, the first order of business will be testing all of your ranges, and placing you in your permanent seats.” He looked at his roster again because he really didn’t want to look up and he started to call them up in alphabetical order.

Each student sang a short chord and Zhou Mi marked next to their name where they fell in the range. He swallowed and tried not to look at Kyuhyun when he finally called him up, making a conscience effort to call him “Kyuhyun” and not “Kui Xian” like he was used too.

Tiffany clapped after Kyuhyun had sung his bar of notes and Zhou Mi just muttered a “good job” before calling up the next student. When he was finished examining each student to make sure that no one’s voice had changed too much from what he had remembered (Jinki’s voice had dropped finally and Changmin’s seemed to have finally settled in to the high tenor range) Zhou Mi began to place them in their orders. He noticed Tiffany leaning towards Kyuhyun, trying to talk to him discreetly, and he had to squash down something that felt similar to jealousy. He tried to convince himself that Tiffany and Luna had similar enough voices that having Tiffany closer to the sopranos was not him acting on jealousy.

He made Jessica hand out the music that they would be working on for the first week, and they spent the last twenty minutes running through the Latin folk song. Zhou Mi tried hard to focus on correcting their pronunciation. It was hard though, to correct Kyuhyun after spending the past month thinking he could vocally do no wrong.

Now though, through the eyes of a teacher, he saw the flaws, they were small, nothing like when Jinki would misread a note, or Changmin’s voice would crack, but they were flaws. And now Zhou Mi had to point them out.

“You’re still pronouncing the word wrong Kui Xian.” Zhou Mi stopped as he caught himself, and the look Kyuhyun gave him was a mix of amusement and frustration.

“You’re pronouncing my name wrong, Mr. Joo.”

Zhou Mi blushed and looked at back at the music. “My apologies.” He blocked out the sound of Tiffany and a few other girls laughing and he never had the urge to stab anyone like he did now. He settled for jabbing his fingernail into the palm of his hand as he commanded for them to start from the top.

The bell rang while they were in the middle of a line but Zhou Mi continue to the end of the page, even while Kyuhyun faltered. It was a sign that he was new. They finished out the page though and Zhou Mi dismissed them. He paused and finally looked at Kyuhun properly for the first time all class.

“Mr. Cho. Could you stay for a moment?”

Zhou Mi ignored the playful jeer from Tiffany as she and the rest of the girls passed by Kyuhyun. Changmin gave him a smile, and told him he would save a spot for him at the lunch table before waving to Zhou Mi and leaving them alone in the classroom.

Zhou Mi walked as faraway from the Kyuhyun as he could, pacing against the far wall.

“Do you want me to lock the door?” Kyuhyun asked, and his voice sounded quiet and small. Zhou Mi was suddenly hit with the guilt of he’s just a child and I’ve taken advantage before he looked at Kyuhyun and saw the man he had been with for the past two months.

“Please.” Zhou Mi said, collapsing into his desk chair. He knew no one would come looking for him, he was one of the only teachers to have lunch at this time, and besides the window into the room didn’t give anyone a good enough view of the space.

Kyuhyun locked the door, started to approach him, and then went to the back of the class, lowering the blinds for the window. He finally came over and sat in a chair near Zhou Mi. They sat in silence as Zhou Mi tried to think of words to say, something, anything, because he was the adult in this relationship, more so than he had thought.

“You’re. A lot older than I thought you were.”

Zhou Mi wanted to bark at him, wanted to demand what he was doing singing at some bar, being stupid enough to go home and sleep with a stranger he knew nothing about when he was nothing but a kid. He couldn’t find the rage though. “You’re a lot younger. What. How old are you?”

Kyuhyun looked away from him when he finally set his eyes on him. “I turned seventeen February third.”

Zhou Mi sucked in a breath. He would turn twenty-eight in April. “So.” He finally said. “We’ve been together since before your birthday.” Saying ‘when you were still sixteen’ sounded horrible.

Kyuhyun nodded and fiddled with his fingers. “I thought you were a university student. We never really talked about much.”

“What would you have said if you knew?”

“I wouldn’t have slept with you if that’s what you meant.”

“Kui Xian I had my tongue down your throat the first night we met.”

Kyuhyun let out a laugh at that, and it was that dry sounding laugh that Zhou Mi had thought was so mature sounding. “There was a lack of communication. What do we do now?”

The answer was obvious to Zhou Mi. There was, after all, only one answer. Break it off. Kyuhyun was too young, too studenty for him.

But there were questions too. And Zhou Mi was curious, and he could feel like Kyuhyun wanted to say something. His posture said he wanted to talk. And talking was the reason they were in this mess. Maybe talking would fix it.

“So this is why the bartender would shoot me nasty looks. He knew what you were.”

Kyuhyun let out another laugh, and he edged closer to Zhou Mi. “He didn’t approve but he thought, like me, that you were just a university student. So it wasn’t too big a deal.”

Zhou Mi rubbed the bridge of his nose. “You’re a second year student Kui Xian. And I’m you teacher.” He looked askance at Kyuhyun as something struck him. “Let me see your schedule.”

Kyuhyun looked confused but handed over his schedule. Zhou Mi looked at it, and was half impressed with the classes but he let out a curse. “Ryeowook teaches your next class.”

Kyuhyun’s eyes widened as he took back the schedule and looked at it. He swallowed. “He. He has the hands for the piano.”

Zhou Mi grunted in agreement as he ran his hand over his face. “This is so bad.”

Kyuhyun looked up and he was frowning. “He won’t tell will he?”

“I don’t know.” Zhou Mi moaned in frustration. “This is bad.” He took a breath and tried to sort out his thoughts. “You can’t stay in this class. We’ll have to.” He covered his face again and rubbed his temples. “You’re too good for Voice II anyway, you’re pronunciation is crap but so is everyone’s at first. You’ll be much better in a higher level though.”

Kyuhyun jolted up and then nodded. “You don’t, you don’t teach all the voice classes?” When Zhou Mi gave him a look he looked away. “I missed the morning assembly. I had to run home and get changed and shower. My parents,” he laughed, “my parents wanted to know where I was and I told them I was getting information about the new school from Changmin.”

Zhou Mi ran his hand through his hair. “I. No I’m not the only voice teacher. I only teach Voice II and III. We’ll move you to Voice VI, that really won’t be a stretch at all. You might not be able to join the after school orchestra club but we’ll see about getting you into the orchestra class, or just having an independent study. If you’re starting off at higher levels and this is your first year here, you’re have little problem securing a private class with one of the band teachers.”

Kyuhyun fidgeted. “You don’t have to do all this. I can just stay in your class, you don’t need to think of accommodations for me.”

“Kui Xian I can’t think properly with you here. I couldn’t focus at all during the class, thinking the whole time that one of the other students would notice.”

“That was just nerves! And surprise! If I hadn’t been late I could have warned you. I should have warned you.” Kyuhyun cut in. “We can, no one noticed, and with practice we’ll get better. Think if we don’t have it, at concerts, or rehearsals, or when I finally am forced to take a class with you.”

“Hopefully by then this will be over.”

Kyuhyun put out his chin, stubborn and unmoving. “Will it be? How long will it take to be over?”

“Not long if we start now.” Zhou Mi stood up and walked away from his desk, brushing passed Kyuhyun.

He heard Kyuhyun turn around. “I like you. You may not mean everything to me, and you probably never will but I like you and I like what we have.”

Zhou Mi froze, his back tensing. He slowly relaxed, taking a deep breath. “Kui Xian. You are a seventeen-year-old boy caught up in the fact that I was your first time.”

“You weren’t my first.”

Zhou Mi let out a breath, and he tried to calm the rage in his stomach. “Regardless. You are attracted to the danger this poses, and the novelty. In a few months time you will be dating that Changmin boy, or Jinki.” Kyuhyun let out a huff but Zhou Mi continued. “We don’t live in a romance novel Kui Xian, and neither of us ever thought we did.”

Kyuhyun stood up and walked right passed Zhou Mi. He grabbed his books and walked to the door, turning back once he had unlocked the door. “I’m not a little kid Zhou Mi. I can make my own decisions. I have made my own decisions. That’s why I’m here. That’s why we were dating. That’s why I sing at that longue. But if you want I’ll go through your process and move up to a different level if that’s what you think is best for me, as my teacher. But don’t punish me just because you can’t handle yourself.”

Zhou Mi swallowed to try and clear his dry mouth. “I’ll arrange the evaluation for you and… I’ll have the office call your house. Or something.”

“You have my number. It’s not changing.” Kyuhyun let out a breath and walked out of the door.

Zhou Mi let out a sigh of relief and collapsed in his desk chair. He was on the verge of crying and screaming in frustration. He banged his fist against the desk and let out a muffled dry sob, his chest heaving.

“What am I going to do?” He ran his hand through his hair and pulled on it. All his thoughts were running through his head. Arrange evaluation. Get Kyuhyun into Level 4 voice. Talk to Ryeowook before Kyuhyun got to class.

Zhou Mi stood up, his knees shaking. He wiped his face with his hand, trying to make himself look presentable before he walked into the end of Ryeowook’s Independent Piano class.

He had obviously not done a very good job because Ryeowook hit the wrong note in the piece he was playing and the dissonance caused him and the two third year students to cringe. Ryeowook shot up, frowning and he gave quick instruction to his students to stay go over what they had transcribe and to stay there if he wasn’t back in time to greet his next class.

“What happened?” He asked, taking Zhou Mi into the private bathroom and locking the door. He wet a few paper towels and began to blot Zhou Mi’s face, trying to clear up his eyes and runny nose.

Zhou Mi let out a shaky breath and he looked into Ryeowook’s eyes before he started to sob uncontrollably. Ryeowook started, shocked at the sudden burst and he wrapped his arms around Zhou Mi. He clung back, pulling at the fabric of Ryeowook’s shirt and Ryeowook tried to soothe him.

“I made a mistake.” Zhou Mi finally choked out and Ryeowook hushed him, finally getting him to untangle himself. He looked Zhou Mi in the eye and wiped his cheek with the paper towel.

“What happened?” He asked again and Zhou Mi took a few deep breaths before finally talking.

“I. Kui Xian. He’s here.”

Ryeowook frowned, not understanding what Zhou Mi was saying. “I didn’t think he knew where we worked.”

“He doesn’t.” Zhou Mi let out a shaky breath. “He’s a student. A student Ryeowook. He was in my class.” Ryeowook’s eyes widened and he tried to find words but all that came out was a mumble and a few gurgles. Zhou Mi let out a shaky breath. “He. I can’t believe it. All this time. He just turned seventeen Ryeowook. I slept with a sixteen year old.”

Ryeowook pulled Zhou Mi back to him, rubbing his back. “It’s okay. It’s okay.”

Zhou Mi shook his head. “I really liked him. I really did Ryeowook.”

“I know.” Ryeowook answered, pulling Zhou Mi down to the floor with him. “I know you do.”

“This is so bad. This is worse than anything.”

Ryeowook hushed him and pushed him back so he could look at him. “You didn’t know.”

“I should have asked.”

“Mimi. He sang at a bar. It’s no surprise it never crossed your mind. It never crossed mine. I thought maybe he was a university student, but not high school. Definitely not high school. And it’s not like you did anything after finding out.” He looked at Zhou Mi hard after he said that. “Right?”

Zhou Mi shook his head quickly. “No. No we didn’t. We didn’t. It. I didn’t even think. I can’t look at him like that anymore.” He was looking at his hands when he said that because suddenly his head was filled with thoughts and he was sick for even entertaining them. He pulled his hands up to his face and he let out another sob as he pushed his palms into his eyes. “I can’t.” He said, trying to convince himself, even as the thought of Kyuhyun spread out over his desk, moaning out “teacher” danced at the edge of his mind.

“Then there’s nothing wrong. Nothing. You’ll get over this Mimi. It will take a lot of time, but you’ll forget about him right?”

“I don’t know Ryeowook. I really don’t know.”

Ryeowook sighed and gave him a shake. “Mimi. Get a hold of yourself.” Zhou Mi looked him in the eye, finally having calmed down after getting out all the emotions that had built up inside him. “What did you tell Kyuhyun? Did you two talk?”

“I told him that we had to stop. I’m switching him out of my class, hopefully putting him in level 4 with…” Zhou Mi let out a moan and he covered his face again. Ryeowook rolled his eyes and gave Zhou Mi another hard shake. Zhou Mi didn’t straighten but it stopped the tears from starting. “I forgot. I’m teaching level 4 now, not Jongwoon. What am I going to do Ryeowook? There’s no way Kyuhyun will get put in level 5, he’s talented, pure raw talent but it’s his first year here and he transferred. They’ll never put him in that high of a class. The best I can hope for is for them to drop him down but I doubt they will do that.”

Ryeowook sighed and released Zhou Mi’s shoulders, standing. “You know what is going to be the hardest part, right?” Zhou Mi shook his head, staring at the tiles on the ground. “Figuring out if you’re judging him on his own merits or on your bias. Does he really deserve to get reevaluated?”

“Yes.” Zhou Mi said, no hesitation. “I would. He does.”

“Are you positive?”

“Ryeowook you’ve heard him sing before.”

“I just want to make sure you aren’t blinded.”

“I am though.” Zhou Mi muttered and Ryeowook dropped back down beside him to rub his back.

“I know.” He pulled Zhou Mi into his shoulder and rubbed his side.

“He’s in your next class.” Zhou Mi said as the bell rang and Ryeowook huffed.

“He has the hands of a pianist.”

Zhou Mi moaned and buried his face in the crook of Ryeowook’s neck. “I know. I know he does.”

Ryeowook sighed and moved his hand up to cover Zhou Mi’s face. “Can you stay the rest of the day?”

“I need to. I need to at least finish up these classes and then submit for Kui Xian to get evaluated.” Zhou Mi let out another moan of frustration before pulling away from Ryeowook. “This is so unfair.”

Ryeowook nodded his agreement and rubbed his hand up Zhou Mi’s back. “It’ll get better. You’ll start to forget.”

“Do you think?”

Ryeowook tried to smile for Zhou Mi’s benefit. “Yeah I think so.”

It was hard for Zhou Mi to get through the rest of his day, especially when his next class had congregated in Ryeowook’s class, where Kyuhyun was sitting, idelly scratching away at his notebook. Zhou Mi noted that he looked completely composed, as if this whole thing had no affect on him at all. Zhou Mi tried to smile at his class as he directed them back to his room. He tried to be flippant for Kyuhyun’s sake as one of the boys, Yoochun, made a joke about him needing makeup. Kyuhyun didn’t look at him the entire time, and he realized maybe he was being too loud, trying too hard.

He was a zombie through the rest of his classes and at four o’clock when he headed into the main office to talk about Kyuhyun’s evaluation he was pretty sure he looked worse than he had in the bathroom. The headmaster made an inquiry, because he had looked so happy this morning. Zhou Mi laughed and passed it off as allergies, there was dust on the pianos that he needs to clean or something.

As he went to exit the campus he was stopped by the cheerful call of Tiffany and while he didn’t want to be rude, he really didn’t want to stay. Especially when he saw that behind her, Kyuhyun walked, ambling next to Seohyun and Changmin.

“Mr. Joo!” Tiffany smiled widely as she stopped in front of him and waited for the rest of her friends to catch up. “I heard about your allergies. Are you okay?” She was fishing out a tissue from her bag for him and he thanked her while making sure he wasn’t looking at Kyuhyun.

“Yes. I’m feeling a lot better.” He tried to smile bright for her. “How was your first day?”

Tiffany launched into her day, and managed to talk not only about hers’ but Jessica’s, Henry’s and Seohyun’s too. Zhou Mi listened with a smile, but he was acutely aware of Kyuhyun only a few steps behind him, talking with Seohyun about their day. Apparently they had more than his class together.

Zhou Mi fought down the rage in his gut as he watched from his peripheral vision, Kyuhyun’s and Changmin’s knuckles graze against one another. His head snapped to Tiffany as she let out a delighted gasp and ran up to a vendor. He paused, because she had waved at him to stop, and suddenly he was stuck standing next to Kyuhyun while Seohyun ran up to look at the food options with Tiffany.

Zhou Mi let out a cough, interrupting the conversation that Kyuhyun and Changmin were having, something about zerg that Zhou Mi didn’t understand. “I submitted the evaluation sheet for you. Tomorrow morning, during your lunch, you’ll need to come to the office so Mr. Kim, myself and the headmaster can see where you should belong.”

He tried not to look at Kyuhyun, and he bit back saying his name because anything but ‘Kui Xian’ sounded wrong and false. He heard Changmin make a noise and Kyuhyun bumped against his side as Changmin pushed him jokingly.

“Too good for us I see. And after all I did for you.” He teased and Zhou Mi’s stomach clenched. He didn’t want to know what Changmin had done for Kyuhyun. He really didn’t. “Mr. Joo, I’m the reason Kyuhyun even came to this school. Did you know he was just sitting around after middle school, wasting his talent.”

Zhou Mi really couldn’t care less how this story turned out but he turned and smiled at Changmin and Kyuhyun. “Oh?”

Changmin grinned and tossed his arm around Kyuhyun’s shoulder. “We met, through my friend in uni. They play on a team together in Starcraft, and one day I heard Kyuhyun sing while he was over my friend’s house. I told him he had to come to our school, no matter the cost.” Changmin stuck his tongue out at Kyuhyun and gave him a shake and Zhou Mi was beginning to think this amount of rage was not good for him. “He was worried about not having the tuition money, but I made him apply and he got it together. I don’t know how though.”

Kyuhyun grinned back at Changmin and Zhou Mi envied his ability to be calm. “I told you.” He nudged Changmin’s stomach with his elbow. “I’m dating a millionaire’s wife. She pays.”

Zhou Mi was sure his eyes darkened; Kyuhyun’s smirk confirmed that. He tried to look neutral and knew he failed miserably at it. At least he knew now why Kyuhyun was singing at the longue. And apparently his friends didn’t know. “That’s a good way to get through life.” Zhou Mi finally got out with a smile.

Changmin was either very naïve or just didn’t want to ask why it was suddenly so cold around them, because he just laughed and clutched Kyuhyun tighter to him. Zhou Mi turned away and watched Tiffany skip back to them holding a stick of meat for each one of them.

“My treat oppadeul~” She giggled and smiled at Zhou Mi. “You too Mr. Joo.”

Zhou Mi hesitantly took it. Ryeowook’s words rang in his mind, the ones about not letting his bias get in the way of how he acts as a teacher. He smiled at Tiffany and thanked her, taking a bite of the food. Tiffany smiled wider and looped her arm with Seohyun, skipping on ahead to the subway.

She started to skip down the stairs, the subways were already getting crowded, and she turned back to the three of them. “Mr. Joo you still live the other way right?” Zhou Mi nodded, taking the first step down. “What about you oppa?”

Zhou Mi tried not to smile as Changmin and Kyuhyun pointed in two different directions and Changmin left with a laugh and what Zhou Mi supposed passed for a manly hug between the two. Kyuhyun stayed in step with Zhou Mi as the headed down into the subway and he waved to Tiffany and Seohyun when they broke off into different directions.

Zhou Mi swallowed as Kyuhyun stayed close to him, waiting patiently as he refilled his bus pass. When they finally reached the platform Zhou Mi worked up the nerve to talk to him. “You don’t live this way, do you?”

Kyuhyun shrugged, letting himself get pushed into Zhou Mi as the people milled around. “I think we need to talk.” Zhou Mi looked over Kyuhyun’s head as he turned himself into Zhou Mi’s chest so they were pushed flat against each other. Zhou Mi tried to breathe normally as he felt Kyuhyun’s breath on his neck. Kyuhyun cleared his throat and he felt it reverberate through him. “Changmin’s dating someone, so there’s no reason to be so jealous.”

Zhou Mi tried not to snap his head down so quickly, but it was instinct. He turned away after getting a look into Kyuhyun’s eyes; they looked victorious. “Good for him.”

“You looked concerned. That’s all. It’s his friend from uni, the one I play Starcraft with so you shouldn’t be worried.”

“I wasn’t.”

The subway pulled up and Zhou Mi resigned to let Kyuhyun follow him, and press them both against the other side of the car. He tried to ignore the feeling as Kyuhyun wrapped his arm around his waist; it was how they used to ride the subway back to his apartment after Kyuhyun’s shift was over.

“Won’t your parents be worried?” The whispered question made Zhou Mi feel dirty as he tried not to like the warmth that Kyuhyun gave off.

Kyuhyun grinned, moving so he could talk into Zhou Mi’s ear. “Why would they be worried? Am I going anywhere?”

Zhou Mi cursed and pulled away, but he couldn’t go far with how packed the subway was. Kyuhyun was pressed against him, grinning like a chesire cat while still wearing his school uniform. He realized, as he thought back to what he had said, that his question had made it sound like he accepted what Kyuhyun was doing, that he was following him. He narrowed his eyes and tried to protest but suddenly Kyuhyun’s lips were on his, if only for a split second. Zhou Mi gawked and glanced around while Kyuhyun just looked very proud of himself.

Zhou Mi hissed. “Kui Xian.” He glanced to make sure no one was watching. “That was highly inappropriate.”

Kyuhyun leveled him with a look after his eyes had darted about and he leaned up again. Zhou Mi moved his head so Kyuhyun’s lips grazed his cheek. This was a game they would play, late a night. See how many times they could kiss, or touch in public before it became obvious. If the situation was different, Zhou Mi would be getting a thrill from how crowded the train was. But now, now with Kyuhyun in his school uniform, tugging lightly on Zhou Mi’s shirt, it wasn’t thrilling. It wasn’t.

Zhou Mi let out a breath of air before Kyuhyun’s lips pressed against his again, hard and much longer than Zhou Mi was comfortable with. He tried to glare as Kyuhyun pulled away, but his eyes were wide and his nostrils were flaring and he wanted nothing more than to slap Kyuhyun in the smirking mouth.

“So?” He pressed his lips back to Zhou Mi’s ear as the subway pulled into a stop. “Are you saying no?”

Zhou Mi shuddered as he felt Kyuhyun kiss down his neck and he was really glad people weren’t paying them any attention because it was one thing to have drunks catch you, and another think to have completely awake people catch you while one of you is quite obviously a student. He pushed Kyuhyun away from him and held him there until the next stop, which was his. He pulled Kyuhyun off of the subway, and Kyuhyun followed him without protest out to the street. They walked at a neck break speed until they finally reached Zhou Mi’s street, which was fairly abandoned.

Zhou Mi pushed Kyuhyun down onto the bench outside his apartment and took a step back. “Where do you live?” He asked as he pulled out his phone, ready to call a cab.

Kyuhyun crossed his arms. “We’re already at your apartment. Why not just go up to it, instead of sitting out here.”

Zhou Mi gave him a glare but he softened just a bit at the shiver that Kyuhyun gave. It couldn’t hurt to go up to his apartment. He shook his head but Kyuhyun had already stood and taken his wrist. He tried to protest as Kyuhyun led him up the back stairs to his apartment but when he finally opened his mouth Kyuhyun pressed him against the staircase wall and kissed him deeply.

“We’re going to talk.” Kyuhyun said when he pulled away and Zhou Mi shook his head as his heart pounded against his ribcage.

“We aren’t going to talk if we go to my apartment.” Zhou Mi tried to reason as he felt his legs spread to accommodate Kyuhyun’s knee.

Kyuhyun pulled him down for another kiss and Zhou Mi finally felt his erection against his hip. His own erection rubbed against Kyuhyun’s knee and he gasped into the kiss. Kyuhyun pressed his tongue against his, and Zhou Mi let out a whimper, which echoed in the staircase. His hands pulled Kyuhyun closer and he felt helpless as he started to rub against Kyuhyun’s thigh.

Kyuhyun responded, arching his hips against Zhou Mi’s. They broke the kiss and Zhou Mi moved his lips down Kyuhyun’s neck as his hand pushed the uniform shirt up so he could feel the skin of Kyuhyun’s stomach. Kyuhyun moaned and he started to pull Zhou Mi up the flight of stairs.

“Kui Xian.” Zhou Mi whimpered, letting himself be led all the way to his door without too much protesting. He tried to pull away again once they were inside, but Kyuhyun just pulled him back towards his room.

“Please.” He whined, tugging at Zhou Mi’s jacket. “Please.” He sounded less needy after Zhou Mi had kicked his bedroom door shut and he fell into Zhou Mi’s chest, pushing his jacket off his shoulders.

Zhou Mi unbuttoned his shirt and Kyuhyun let out a moan as his hands pressed against his chest and then traced down to his the top of his pants.

Kyuhyun sucked on the skin of Zhou Mi’s collar, moaning when Zhou Mi’s hands finally wrapped around his cock. “Fuck.” He cursed, deep and low and Zhou Mi answered the curse with a twist of his wrist as his fingers tightened around the head. Kyuhyun moaned and opened his eyes and Zhou Mi felt sappy for feeling like it was the first time he had looked at him all day. Kyuhyun’s eyes slipped closed and Zhou Mi bent down and kissed him, wrapping his other hand around Kyuhyun’s waist.

He walked them backwards until Kyuhyun’s legs hit the bed. He sighed and Zhou Mi let go of him so he could sit down and take off his pants. Kyuhyun looked up at Zhou Mi and watched as he removed his shirt and dropped his pants. Kyuhyun scooted back and Zhou Mi thought to tell him he could do this, he couldn’t take advantage of him like this.

Kyuhyun must have seen something flicker in his eyes though, before he leaned forward and wrapped his mouth around the head of Zhou Mi’s cock. He jolted forward and tangled his hands in Kyuhyun’s hair, protests forgotten as Kyuhyun’s tongue ran up and down and over him. He gasped, thrust his hips until Kyuhyun gagged and kept going until he could see tears beginning to form as Kyuhyun’s cheeks turned red and he tried to breathe through his nose.

Zhou Mi pulled his hips back until just the head of his cock was in Kyuhyun’s mouth and he felt the tongue swipe around him, to show that he was alright. Zhou Mi sunk back in, and this time Kyuhyun was ready to deep throat him, ready to take the abuse as Zhou Mi suddenly gave quick thrusts, tightening his hands in Kyuhyun’s hair until he saw a wince.

He wanted Kyuhyun to see him as a monster; he wanted to feel like a monster, not just as someone who fucked up. He didn’t feel bad enough for this; he wasn’t sure he ever would. His knees shook as he tried to continue to fuck Kyuhyun’s mouth but Kyuhyun’s hands on his hips stopped him and he dropped his hands from Kyuhyun’s hair. Zhou Mi let out a ragged gasp as his tongue ran over his cock again before Kyuhyun got to his knees and pulled him down for a kiss.

“I can’t do this.” Zhou Mi said once they parted and he saw Kyuhyun’s frown, saw that he didn’t accept that.

Zhou Mi let him push him down into the mattress, and watched, dry mouthed as Kyuhyun took the lube from his bedside table. Zhou Mi tried to swallow, tried to speak, and argue as Kyuhyun settled between his legs and ran soothing circles on the inside of his thighs. “I’ll do it.”

Zhou Mi tried to shake his head but he let out a moan as Kyuhyun’s finger pressed against him. It entered, after Zhou Mi took a breath to relax, and he pulled one of his legs up so he had better control over his hips. Kyuhyun rested his hand on Zhou Mi’s knee, as he slowly stretched him. Zhou Mi moaned again as Kyuhyun added in a second finger, and he tried to open his eyes to watch as Kyuhyun leaned forward, pushing his fingers deeper.

Zhou Mi arched and his cock pulsed as Kyuhyun curled his fingers before scissoring them out again. Kyuhyun’s other hand traced down Zhou Mi’s thigh and he let out a whimper as his hips pushed forward into Kyuhyun’s fingers.

“A third.” Zhou Mi instructed and Kyuhyun merely nodded, pulling his fingers back so he could add the third.

Zhou Mi hissed and he pushed his hips forward, letting himself sink down onto Kyuhyun’s fingers. Kyuhyun was stunned still as Zhou Mi started to move his hips, sliding back and forth. Zhou Mi let out another moan, picking up the pace and Kyuhyun was snapped back into movement. He curled his fingers and Zhou Mi arched. Kyuhyun watched dry mouthed and he quickly withdrew his fingers causing Zhou Mi to frown and move from side to side in protest.

“Kui Xian.” Zhou Mi whined and he opened his eyes to watch Kyuhyun stroke lube onto his cock. He arched his hips as Kyuhyun settled over him, pressing his cock against him. Zhou Mi moved his arms so he could wrap them around Kyuhyun’s shoulders as he pushed up.

Kyuhyun hissed as he entered him and Zhou Mi sighed, kissing his shoulder. His legs wrapped around Kyuhyun’s hips and he pressed the heel of his foot down, urging him to go faster. Kyuhyun slipped for a moment trying to position himself over Zhou Mi so he could kiss him and he ended up going deeper inside him. Zhou Mi’s head tossed back and he let out a moan as Kyuhyun pulled back and then pushed in again.

Kyuhyun leaned down, pulling Zhou Mi’s thigh with him as he pressed a kiss, and then a bite, to Zhou Mi’s collarbone. He let out a moan and wiggled his hips back, matching the thrusts. Kyuhyun let out a curse as he felt Zhou Mi tighten around him and he had to stop himself from rearing up and just pounding away. Zhou Mi did it again, and again until Kyuhyun was breathing hard, and he knew that Zhou Mi could feel his heart pounding through his chest.

“More.” Zhou Mi whined for, arching his hips off the bed.

Kyuhyun shut his eyes and moved back to his knees, thrusting in sharper and quicker than before. He was rewarded with Zhou Mi letting out a low whimper, and he opened his eyes in time to see Zhou Mi wrapping his hand around his own cock. He let out a curse as he came.

Zhou Mi gasped as Kyuhyun’s hand met his, jerking him off. His hand fell to the side and he let Kyuhyun take control, moving up and down until he spilled his come all over his stomach. Zhou Mi cracked his eye open to watch Kyuhyun settle down in the crock of his arm, licking his fingers clean; he didn’t even remember feeling Kyuhyun pull out.

Kyuhyun rested his head on Zhou Mi’s shoulder and tossed his arm possessively over his chest. Zhou Mi stared up at the ceiling as he ran his fingers through Kyuhyun’s hair before he turned his head and kissed him. He kissed him deep and needy and Kyuhyun returned it, curling his hand around Zhou Mi’s side.

They broke the kiss and Zhou Mi trailed his lips down Kyuhyun’s neck for a moment before laying back on the pillow and staring up at the ceiling again. Kyuhyun’s fingers traced over his chest, spelling out words.

“You’re going to make me leave.”

Zhou Mi let out a breath and squeezed his shoulder. “We.” He stopped himself. “Yes.”

Kyuhyun buried his nose in Zhou Mi’s neck. “I’ll get dressed.”

Zhou Mi watched him dress, and it was so different than how he had left twelve hours ago. He took his time, seeming to wait for Zhou Mi to tell him to stop, that he didn’t have to go. This could work out. They could stay together.

Zhou Mi stood up once Kyuhyun was dressed and he went to his dresser and pulled on a pair of sweat pants. Kyuhyun waited by the door and Zhou Mi swallowed before taking his arm and leading him to the front door. Kyuhyun didn’t protest and even opened the front door, stepping outside before Zhou Mi had to ask him.

“I’ll see you tomorrow morning, Mr. Joo.” Kyuhyun said looking Zhou Mi directly in the eyes.

Zhou Mi wasn’t as strong willed and he looked away, biting his lip. He nodded, not trusting himself to speak, and when Kyuhyun pulled him down for another kiss he had to bite his tongue to stop himself from letting out a sob.

Zhou Mi didn't watch Kyuhyun walk away.
