So the show is done, which is a relief mostly. I have never worked on such a disorganized show. I don't do well with last minute stress, it makes me crazy. But it's done, I didn't fail too miserably, and i at least came to the conclusion that stage managing is definitely not something i want to do in theater. I understand it's important and I'm

Ha.. that sort of ties into the only being mean to people you like/know thing if you think about it. People just act different in general when you don't know people- they're wary of being overly bitchy and people getting a bad impression, or something along those lines. Interesting how that happens.
And you aren't really annoyed and bitchy all the time, or at least it's not directed towards be so it doesn't bother me. :P You also always see yourself way more critically then others see you... I think most people do that.
I wonder if any of that made sense.. hmm.. oh well...

the eels are wonderful! and its not that i mind being bitchy, i don't really think it's a bad thing. you of all people know that i complain a lot though. and to know that i supress my thoughts enough for a group of people to not know that i get annoyed easily is a strange realization.

yeah, it's always strange when you see what a distorted view people who don't know you well have of you.

Well... you tend to give off an image to people. That image certainly changes while one is working. You tend to be a rather hard, and direct worker. You want things done as soon as possible... so yeah.
But, how do you view yourself?

This is true too...i definitely have different priorities when i'm working on something important as opposed to just lazing around. it was still weird though...
