It's neither, save christ. it is an image of black and white. your vision is codified in an abstact machine of faciality. The black holes on the white wall, draw you into the dual interpretation between vase and face, which is false. It could be countless images, but only face and vase--negative and positive forms. A rorschach is only ever a face. In the boundary of the binary between signification and subjectification, the abstract machine of faciality overcodes the tools of interpretation...potentiality is lost. So, in a sense, its neither a face nor vase, but Christ--the Christ that serves as the ultimate limit to interpretation within a facialized system...the Christ that interpolates itself as the master signifier that taxonimizes and rigidifies the world.
