you are finally coming home! except.... i won't be there. i am in ecuador right now, where i will stay until february or so. if you feel like visiting sunny south america, please visit me! but that is not a reasonable request, i know.

how exciting to be in ecuador. i swear if i could come and visit i would in a heartbeat. time off is the main thing that stands in the way. how is life there? please update your journal or write me at sarah.houston@gmail.com... i hunger for stories of "joanna down under the border." i almost went to argentina to be in a dog show with an old ex-japanese mob boss. couldn't get the time off, again. i tell you. anyway, sending love.
