[On the beach! /o/]

[Souji's crouched on the beach, looking at something in his hand. He hears Philip and dog walking along and looks up, closing his hand around whatever he's holding.]

...You're getting along.

oh god I forgot cookies for souj how could I forget cookies for souji ;____; sadfreezingbrit December 29 2011, 01:57:51 UTC
[ The puppy is already a little bigger than the first time she appeared, but so far she's still slow and easy enough to keep in check when Philip wants to make a quick stop. ]

I've been telling myself that keeping her is a good idea.

[ Everyone else did. Sort of. ]

So far it's working.

[Souji pets the puppy when they're close enough. He loves animals and is happy to see that Philip's giving her a chance.

Once he's said hello to the puppy, he stands up.]

So you're getting along.

[ He mentally shudders a little at the number of people who'll never let him hear the end of that, given how persistently he tried to convince them of the contrary. Still, he smiles. ]

I guess we are.

[ Something Philip discovered a few days ago. Something he should've at least mentioned, given their last conversation. ]

...I erm, I should've let you know sooner, it's just been... a bit hectic these days. I'm sorry.

[What a thoughtful gift. Santana is not sure if she's horribly offended or amused in a weird way. Damn you, Philip.

Damn.

You.

She digs the bling, though.

(Saintana, of course, is beyond thrilled with the cookies, and is probably treating them like gold.)

[ The proper reaction is of course to be thrilled and thankful for this thoughtful and useful gift.

You're welcome, Santana.

You

are

welcome.

[At that sometime during the event for that ~very lastly~, Saintana will be wandering around, hoping not to run into any of the very scary people.

Little does she know that Philip here is a murderous fiend, and so when she sees her lovely friend over there, she beams and skips over to him. Watch out, Philip, for there she is, almost shyly wrapping her arms around him in a hug.]

Hi, Philip!!

[ EWW OH GOD MIRROR GERMS!

...No, wait. Wait! ]

Hey.

[ At that point of the event Philip's murder meter has yet to reach a critical level and why, considering that he has yet to run into any of the other mirrors meeting this one is almost a pleasant surprise! ]

Um.

[...Not that it will stop him from freezing on the spot before very, very tentatively deciding to reciprocate the hug. ]

How- how've you been?

[Yay, her heart is filled with joy. ♥ ]

Mostly good! This--this is the first real Christmas I've ever had, and it's so pretty over here! And Kurt came back!!

[Not that he'd have any idea that Kurt left, but she's just so happy. SO. HAPPY.]

...That's great.

[ No, it's actually supposed to sound sincere, even if his smile looks a bit forced. He glances at the fake picture of him and Daniel. Damn her for bringing up subjects he can actually relate to.

Better change those, stat. ]

So you weren't here last year?

[ Philip could've sworn that Santana was already Wonderlandstuck by then. ]

Alex has noticed a few messages peppered around the mansion. Enough messages that he wondered if he should come out here in person at all -- but talking over the network carries its own security risks, and so in the end he heads to Philip's room.

And then to the kitchen. And then to the main hall. And then to the grounds. And then to the beach. And then to-- oh no, wait, there he is.

I'm sure Philip will be thrilled to have an Alex appear at his shoulder, glancing up and down the beach to make sure they're alone. Then, without looking at him: "Someone's been writing on the mirrors."

No greeting? No nothing? Just that? More of that, of all things?

...If by thrilled you mean fuck you, go away, I don't want to talk about this anymore, then yes. Yes, he is ecstatic beyond words.

"I know."

Well. Two words. Two words are just the right amount of ecstasy he can muster.

"Good."

Hey man, don't shoot the messenger, he's just making sure you're forewarned.

...And also has a question. But he's going to walk silently for a few moments and let it percolate, first. Because that is how he do.

He's also still not looking at you, Philip.

That's fine, Philip will make up for it by looking at Alex very intensely.

And stop walking, just for good measure.

"...Something wrong?"

Your 'there is more'. It is showing.

[Dean was going to be perfectly content running tiny skidmarks all over the mansion walls with his itty-bitty Impala, because it's really a delicious throwback to his childhood before hunting, but then he found out that his actual car was sticking out of the sand at the beach.

He is, in fact, regarding said car skeptically now, because how does he get it out of the sand? Water? Make the sand wet? Or harder? Or- You know what?

He could use a man who knows science.

A man who appears to be walking along the beach with his tiny dog.]

Hey! Phil!

[ ...Funny how that name didn't make him cringe the last time it was used on him. Philip turns around. ]

Dean!

[ He raises his hand and waves, hoping the dog won't mind too much if he changes directio--

Watching the puppy sprinting towards Dean as fast as her stubbly legs can care her makes Philip already worry what walking her will be like when she's big enough to turn that pull on her leash into more than just an optional encouragement to move a little faster. ]

Is that...?

[ Upon arrival Philip blinks, wondering if he's really seeing what he's seeing right now.

(He noticed a few smaller items in the sand, but there was a storm, it didn't seem unlikely that they'd just have been knocked loose somewhere.) ]

[Dean shares his excitement with the puppy, who as of right now is trying to lick every part of his face available as he crouches to greet her.]

Yeah! It's-

[Cutting himself short to lift the dog up and hold her over one shoulder while she chews on his jacket collar, Dean turns to face the car whose wheels are trapped in sand.]

It's my baby.

[He frowns.]

I just gotta figure out how I'm gonna get her off the beach. There's an easy wide path down that way, but I dunno how to make the wheels unstuck.

[Covered in snow and bits of grit, the Impala doesn't look like much right now. But she's still the most important thing of all.]

It'll help if we can remove some of the sand from the front of the wheels, but, erm...

[ He studies the car carefully. Getting her unstuck shouldn't be too big an issue, but Philip can't help but wonder just how careful the Wonderland magic service was while transporting the car here. ]

Can you even get her to start?
