Well, guess who got laid off today from the horrible suckiness that I call Convergys. That's right. I got in trouble for call avoidance. Not that I actually was....but lets call it that shall we. I was on hold waiting to get through to the Save team or "cancellation department" but the wait was longer than 2 minutes. I waited on hold for about 10

Jesus fucking fuck! I saw you there and then I didn't see you there. I thought something was wierd. Any chance you can come down around 7 on Saturday and I can return that pic that (The guy who's name I apparently can't spell) drtew for you? Thanks awesomely for letting me borrow it to scan and not choking me for not returning it the next day like I promised.

Private call centres suck. Pressure grinder's that either turn you into one of those people like your TL's TL or drive you out after a while. Good luck if you haven't yet resolved your job situation....
