I am very proud of myself for not waking up my wife with fannish glee when this news showed up on my phone (6 a.m. Pacific Time, which is VERY EARLY to be overcome with JOY on a monday morning!)

I think the whole fandom walked around making :D :D :D faces all day.

I STILL UNIRONICALLY LOVE PETE WENTZ. No one else can make me quite this HAPPY. And the whole band and their everythings. And the new song is EXACTLY what I want to listen to.

and OMG, this is just DAY ONE. We've got MORE SONGS and MOVE EVERYTHING and then we will get to SEE THEM. I think this amount of joy makes all the WAITING worthwhile.

MY BAND CAME BACK, BRYNN! I wasn't entirely sure it would happen, but the wave of fannish glee actually seems to make up for the waiting and the angst and the debunked rumors.

AND they are coming to my city! I hope Hugh and co. take that hint.
