(no subject)
So basically my life these days revolves around being pregnant. That's really all that's going on since I'm only working 3 days a week now.
I'll make a cut for anybody who doesn't want to read my pregnancy related bitching and stuff :p
I'm 30 weeks 5 days. 31 weeks on Tues. The closer my due date(Sept 15) gets, the more nervous I feel. Seriously! I'm pretty scared about having a baby, labor, and all that fun stuff. There's sooo much to do and even more to think about. We still don't have a name picked out. We'll probably make a list and decide at the hospital after she's born. Girl names are sooo hard to choose from!
I just recently passed my glucose test, I'm very happy about that! I have a dr apt every 2 weeks now, until I'm a little further along and will have to go every week. I'm also to the point where I have to count baby movements everyday now. Twice a day I have to count 10 movements in a hour. Most of the time I feel 10 movements in like 20-30 mins. So far everything has gone pretty well. Now I'm to the point where I'm uncomfortable all the time. I get hot very quickly, esp at night when I'm trying to sleep. Speaking for sleeping, that's becoming a task! I have to sleep on my side. I use 3-5 pillows, depending on which side I'm on. I have to a have a pillow under my belly for support and always one between my knees. My shoulders and hips ache if I lay in the same position too long, sometimes my keens hurts. Both my hands fall asleep all the time. I wake up shake my hands to regain feeling, then either change positions or go to the bathroom. I have to go pee more often now. Rolling over is getting harder to do. I feel like a beached whale!! My back hurts a lot. Getting up from sitting down is getting harder to do as well.
On the brighter side... my nails have been growing like crazy! And they are pretty strong. Gotta love the prenatal vitamins. ;)
Thinks to Gareth, I have my lap top back! Yay!! Internet works now, it's much better.
I should be going to visit my sister in a few weeks. My mom is staying with her at the moment.
