more chiropractor today, plus dentist. i felt better for about 10 minutes after she adjusted my neck, and then the soreness hit. a nap, 2 toradol and a xanax later, i am functional...just in time for bed. i hate how i lose entire days to medical stuff that may or may not be working. so much work to do! i honestly don't think there's enough time between now and when it's due to get it done (which totally explains why i'm posting about it on lj...yes, i recognize my own hypocrisy). it is beginning to cause physical anxiety - huge, panicky butterflies zooming around my stomach and crashing into one another. heeeeeeeeeeeelp!
