Most likely to get people killed for silly reasons? How about Lyndon Johnson? Ok ok, that's too easy, but how about Abraham Lincoln? I'm serious about that one--we have him to thank for not only everyone's favorite, the draft, but also more than 600,000 American deaths. Nice going, you Marfan Syndrome freak. The civil war wasn't about slavery, blah blah blah--I think we all know this, it's becoming borderline cliche. Lincoln's Civil War was about effectively quashing states' rights--anyone can tell from letters, speeches, etc., that Lincoln was a man obsessed with keeping federal government number one and throwing any semblance of meaningful self-governance by the states out the window (and he did achieve these ends). Can you tell me that secession from the Union is unconstitutional? You don't have to waste your time looking for your copy of the Constitution (which every American should keep handy, incidentally), because I'll tell you right now that it isn't. Not even implicitly.
