I completely agree. Spring is a nice season too! Why couldn't we have more spring before full blown summer.

Sorry to hear your house hunting is sucking. It will all be worth it, I promise.

re: layoffs: I've found it is a little of column A (needing to cut expenses and staff is a way to do it) and a bit of column B (a useful way to get rid of someone annoying). I'm hoping that your hours and job stay steady for you!
