*Since we assume Sam Spade's still looking for him, here's a Warlord Prince neatly sprawled across a couch, playing a hand or three of solitaire. He's welcome to be bothered, and would probably enjoy it, as long as it's someone he likes*

And here's a Sam Spade, living mainly on adrenaline and nicotine at the moment. He looks over Sadi's shoulder, and asks "Who's winning?"

"Not me, at the moment." He sets the cards down and gives a lazy stretch. "Suppose it's better than cradle, though -- at least I can win."

"Cradle?"

[sadist_daemon]

"A game my ..queen plays with her coven. Sometimes I think they make versions of it up purely to torture males."

[sweariwontdie]

His approach is shy since he doesn't want to interrupt. "Prince Sadi?"

[sadist_daemon]

"Armand." His reply is level. "Game of cards?" And if Armand knew him terribly well, he'd know he had his court mask up. Unfortunately, we're not sure if Armand remembers that.

[sweariwontdie]

"Merci, but no. I won't be long. I... only wanted to thank you again. And say I'm sorry. I don't know what for--but whatever it was, I'm sorry." He backs away, pretty much planning on turning and fleeing.

There's a nod. "Alright. Thank you."
