I know it sucks, but dont get yourself down for using other peoples stupid arguments to win a stupid debate against people with no debate training who cant make a cohesive counterargument. its not worth it. you know the argument isnt valid. its invalidated by the very fact that you KNOW that you were in love with her. so fuck them all. I could distance myself from the rest, but that one, I killed a part of myself when saying it, especially these days when I'm already feeling pretty shitty about myself and life in general, and barely believe myself capable of love.
Don't worry - there's always going to be at least one person with proof that you're capable of love. And it will always make me happy to know.
