your mom is an cray. I've been raised on the Bible, and I've gone to a Christian Academy. NEVER, have we said John 1, its 1st John. I would have done the exact same as you- opened my Bible to the Gospel of John, Chapter 1.

she should have said 1st John. Case closed.

Okay, glad to know that I'm not the only one who would have turned to the Gospel of John. I didn't think I was, but I just wanted to maek sure.
