TOP FIVE MOVIES OF 2007:

Blade Runner: The Final CutShockingly, I had never seen this movie in its entirety. I'd seen bits and clips here and there, but I never bothered taking the time to give it a proper viewing. And I'm glad that I didn't, because seeing it on a giant screen was a revelation. Marci, kind woman that she is, dragged me to it ( ( Read more... )

GG Allin movie: worth watching? At first I thought that you saw that on a flight and I was very surprised!

Worth watching, if you have a strong constitution. How easily do you cringe and shy away from the screen?

Oh, I know it, but I'm not gonna watch it. Some things can remain up to the imagination.

I thought Requiem For a Dream was pretty revolting, but it affected me differently since I knew it was fiction. Hated is a documentary, so it's just the facts, ma'am.

god, I am now realizing how much money I waste on Netflix!! Well, I suppose it's not as bad as the amount I waste on my gym membership. Which doesn't make me feel better about this... Hmmmm, I may be on to a new new year's resolution.

Also, I like how when you say "re-viewing" it makes it sound like less a waste of time than saying you watched it again. The use of the word "view" makes it sound important.

ok, so not to pass judgement, but i simply can't imagine how you (and many others here on lj) can keep track of stuff like what movies they've watched or what books they've read all year! what's the point? how do you go about doing this in the first place? what about cross-overs? (i.e. books started in one calendar year that get finished in the next?)

MIND-BOGGLING!
