i feel like shit. i ate under 600 calories today but i feel so fat. i feel like i have over eaten horribly and i am going to weigh 1000 pounds tomorrow... i am supposed to eat 800 calories today but unless i have lost another .5 lb at least there is no way i am eating that many calories. i will go back to 200. do the 246 diet... i feel so bloated
